Fantastic department store - great service. Kids clothes & baby equipment is excellent. Cafe is ok, but slow. Can be very crowded, but they cater for kids very well, & the changing rooms are close by.

Haberdashery ladies- I know you're tucked away in the little side room, but that's no excuse for poor customer service.

Everything you want is here and even things you never knew you wanted. Extended John Lewis guarantee on lots of items and a pretty good returns policy. What's not to like?
