Hard to find a pick up place. I would want them to make a "pick up" sign.It was quiet frustrated. And obviously it's hard to follow verbal employees direction, because I'm new to the area.

Best use their new(ish) touch screen by the entrance to find what you need. The employees generally send you off on wild goose chases.
