Now I'm worried they won't ever give it back with years of work on it. I've begged but Mike Deckman refuses to budge, even though I've now called the Police, who've called and told him to return it.

Spring Street Mac closed for the lock-down but still have my laptop and refuse to give it back. I need it to make a living, I'm losing all my clients, and I offered to pay them for time and gas.

This place was definitely a life saver for me. I was staying at the Ace Hotel and Spring Street Mac was recommend to be bye the hotel concierge. My computer was dead and they brought it back to life!

The service was good and the people were nice. The parts however were not (and that's what counts). I had my iPhone screen replaced and it stopped working 2 weeks outside of their warranty.

This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Fast turn around time on repairs also!

Wonder if independent Apple stores can still remain since most if not all hardware current MacBook Pro/MacBook Pro Retina Display, MacBook Air, iMac & current iOS devices are not user upgradable.
