I don't even bother looking for a spot below the 6th floor after 9am... Rooftop spots for me all the time. Much more accessible at night.

Easiest to enter from Houston Mill @ light. Walkway to bridge on 3rd floor. There is a shuttle but sometimes it's faster to walk!
