lobby service sucks, unhappy and unhelpfull staff, giant hotel which takes 15 minutes to walk from lobby to conference center?! I HATE IT!

There's a separate taxi drop off outside the conference center in case you're visiting from a different hotel.

It is quite a walk to the conference center, wear comfortable shoes.

There's a shortcut walkway between Signature tower 1 and the back side of the conference center. Use it unless you want to walk a lot.
