The place where the "god" particle was discovered. You can do the free tour, however apply in advance. Two weeks during christmas and new year are closed.

The microcosm exhibition is interesting and well explained. From fundamental particles to forces and matter, great stuff. Free of charge; no kids friendly press-the-buttons corner. Gift shop avail.

The LHC museum provides an excellent look into the bleeding edge of scientific research in a way that anyone can appreciate. And the staff is well informed of the research.
