On the Northbound platform there are two readers for your Clipper card but otherwise no ticket vending so buy your ticket on the Southbound side.

No ticket machine on the northbound platform. Buy parking and train tickets before going through the tunnel.

The underpass to get to the northbound side is not well marked. It's south of the ticket bldg, mid-parking-lot.
