used the bathroom and there was literally shit covering the walls. like smeared on. had to pee in the sink. paid for my sandwich and cashier's hands were covered in the brown stuff. was so steamed.

If you think their chai is good, you must not have any taste buds. They use chai flavoring... not actual chai tea concentrate like bux. Mac n cheese bites are legit though :)
