Pump I used was broken and spilled gasoline all over my card. Dirty, run down and rude....so worth it to pay a cent or two more per gallon at the Hess

Drive right past this place! Customer Service is horrible here!! Everything is old, dirty and the CC machines at the pumps are broken half the time! They refused me a refund after double charging me.

Car ran outta gas a few blocks away. There was no clerk and had to walk super far to find gas. Bad customer service ... Kinda incontinent.
