Phil & Betty are the very best. When I was on crutches they assisted me right when I drove up and even carried my coffee to my car until I could walk without assistance :)

They now have soup here, but I think it's only arroz caldo. Last Thursday I was expecting Chalakiles - had to drive down the hill to Tumon CK instead.
