Worst mall ever. (I'm from Jersey though). But like 20 of the 70 possible stores were empty. Not even any good stores, no Macys, Hot Topic, Yankee, Body Shop. The Target Shopping Center is better.

If the mall is busy, park on the backside, east of JCPenney. Always plenty of spots.
