....and ms barb should train ALL your staff to treat every person who's shopping in your store like they're spending big bucks! Shame on those others who are not as kind as ms Barbara ;)

Usually not a pleasant trip...do not feel welcome in this store ever, until today when I met ms Barbara in the children's department :) so mr. Or ms Dillard corporate people ms barb needs a raise
