大正11年日本で初めて名勝に指定、平成25年に富士山世界文化遺産構成資産に指定。平成30年末に三保松原ビジターセンター竣工予定。訪れた2018年9月はプレハブ仮設で営業しており、こちらで地図や詳しい話を聞けます。松原を歩いているだけでとても清々しい気持ちになれます。駐車場無料。

Lovely views on a clear day but crowded at the weekends. Unfortunately if you try to move closer to avoid the crowds the ugly concrete tetrapods will spoil your photos

There are 3 small shops in among the trees selling ice cream noodles and souvenirs.
