What a great morning! 7AM Sholders got destroyed & sweated my lift away nearly 6mi on stairsmaster and I can still do a 1 handed head stand. Happy Friday!!Ohhhh yeahhhh! Feel the burn!

The classes here are wonderful and there is something for everyone! You get a great work out no matter what you do!

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities are well equipped and clean and it is rarely crowded. Great place to get a good workout without the pretentious social "scene".
