Fav yoga studio to visit while in Detroit. Raina is hands down one of the best instructors around for hot vinyasa if you like an energetic challenging flow to great music.

By far, my #1 yoga studio I've ever been to. Why? Most incredible teachers, music, and atmosphere. Jonny is ommazing! Bring water + towel, you'll be VERY sweaty after.
