The best hotel in Newcastle from my pov. Great location, friendly staff, cozy rooms, good wi-fi and nice breakfast.

Stayed here a few times. Very plush rooms but a little boudoir for a business hotel. The innuendos on the soap is a bit 2005. Aside from that comfy bed, good breakfast and strong location

Don't go with the lobby, the rooms are really nice. Try taking the quay side view :)

What a lovely welcome! Friendly staff doing their job as they should and more. Got offered an upgrade to the suite facing the Gateshead Millennium Bridge and river. Really nice touch, cheers ;)

Staff at this hotel are always lovely, but I've come to the conclusion after a fair few stays that they can't make coffee. Order tea instead
