Location is hard to beat. Downsides: wifi was spotty and there's no free breakfast. But there is a Starbucks across the street.

Plus: cute rooms, 24h coffee. Minus: no breakfast, terrible wireless (it works just a half a time and there is a huge ping to the World and the connection flows.
