The coffee urns were dirty. The pineapple at the breakfast bar was brown and bad. The rooms were alright but dated and worn. The stay was okay.

Super friendly drivers - great help if you are in town for a conference. No need to rent a car. They will cheerily take you anyplace in downtown Omaha with a smile!

Comfortable rooms, courteous staff. Connected to the casino (a real plus for those of us who enjoy time gaming but don't like to drive to & from the hotel!). Conference rooms comfortable as well!
