It's right by the parks so the wear & tear is apparent in the rooms. However, they're very nice and accomodating and the breakfast was very good -- biscuits n gravy are my fave.

Great staff that will make you feel at home and will go above and beyond to make your stay great!! The smell of the water is a central Florida thing due to high concentration of sulfur...
