The bathroom wasn't cleaned when I checked in, call the reception 2 times and room service 1 time, but they send no one to my room. Unbelievable service.

This is a no-go! The AC was broke, found a huge roach in the bathroom, ongoing noise from the construction (could actually feel it) and it was double in price than the hotel across the street!
