On any day it's a lovely beach with lovely safe beaches where you can enjoying sunbathing and a number of different types of boating. There are cafes a restaurant and a pub to.

Make the trip at the moment until Sept 2016 because the weather in Devon is fab and Babbacombe Beach an even bigger treat

Enjoy a cup of tea by the sea. Beautiful spot but the road down is very steep

The drive down to the beach is very steep (30%) and is only a single lane. I wouldn't like to meet on coming traffic.

Get here early to get the Sun (if available). Walk over to the Cary Arms for lunch - 10 mins walk then head back. Good Coffee served at Babbacombe Beach hut - modest licensed bar for the adventurous
