On the lower end of markets in the area (central being the fanciest and Russian being in the middle). Interesting range of stuff from hair salons to meat butchers. Watch out for scooters.

Come early morning for great and cheap donuts. Nice Asian family with good English speaking boy is located in the middle of St.13 between St.144/148. Each donut only 500R/$0.13!

Market restaurant opposite Kim Trang Jewelery (middle of St.13 between St.144/148) serves delicious local meals for great price. Owners are very nice, no spoken EN, but have EN menu. Recommended :)
