I have been twice so far each time I had to wait two three hours for surgical process. I have never had to wait this long in any hospital

If customer service was their job they would be fired. Never have anything when they say (labs, food, dr. rounds, etc..)

I've been to the methodist ER twice and have always been very pleased. Once for slashing my finger open in the kitchen and the other for accidentally swallowing a coke can tab. GREAT!
