Highly recommend the New Yorker (bacon and maple syrup) with a coffee. Shame it's lavazza coffee though.

Apparently an American pancake is chunks of bacon embedded in it and cheese on top. I am pretty sure us Americans do not make pancakes this way. If it sounds appealing it was actually quite soggy.

Limited veggie options for the buffet. Simple pancakes are best though.
