In a hurry on lunch break, waited more than 5 mins at drive thru, nobody there to take my order. I always try to give this place another shot and they always disappoint. The worst Taco Bell in SYR.

Worst customer service and the place is ALWAYS filthy. Takes forever to get your food and then you still have to make sure they didn't mess it up!!!

Not the best Taco Bell around town. I frequently experience long waits and cold or incorrect food (i.e. beef instead of chicken or vice versa).
