Full of stoner tourists but the name implies that. It’s also pretty high off the ground. Also a nice view and sunset!

We don't recommend anyone to visit High Bar!!! They have a VERY sad-looking little monkey attached to a nearby tree by a leash just for entertainment... We simply hated it.

Nice view! Watch out for the very steep road at the end. Do not take a person on the back! Only bad thing was that every one was high as if we were in a Dutch coffeeshop.
