The building itself is awesome, the manong guards are always smiling and the elevator - the first elevator I saw that doesn't have any floor buttons, which is so cool!:D

Awesome food located at the 2nd floor of this building. You may choose from Filipino to amazing Chinese cuisine. There's also a branch of Starbucks located near the veranda.

Bring ID and Get access card from reception. Othrwise, you cannot go the the floor you would like to go. Terraz is already open at the third floor. Don't wear slippers or shorts.

The building have shower rooms at the basement parking - free of use for those who use bikes going to the office and also for runners in ATG.
