After going through my laundry, I also found that Jean had lost a very expensive pair of exercise pants. When I called to ask if they were there, I was VERY RUDELY told to read the store policy

Bee, thats because you wash wool you fool! You never ever wash wool. Dry clean only. If you dare risk washing wool do it by hand only. Your fault not theirs.

I've always gone to belle claire cleaners. While their service is not as good as before, at least they don't SHRINK CLOTHES! Will never return to this place. I'm going back to belle claire

I emphasized that they should not clean anything that might shrink. And they GUARANTEED that nothing will shrink and it's as safe as dry cleaning. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR YOUR NICE CLOTHES!

THEY SHRUNK MY >$300 wool French connection dress with their weird process of cleaning it!! And the only thing they offered me was to give me a CREDIT of the cost of the wash ($12), not CASH?
