Pretty basic history lessons, but reasonably enough entrance fee.

Fort Pitt is seriously underrated! I learned so much more about the French/Indian War during a couple hours in this building than I ever did in either grade school or college.

Nice place of history, and the blockhouse is interesting. Half off Heinz history center if you keep tickets from fort Pitt and use same day

Small gift shop with Pittsburgh and American-themed gifts. Pricey admission for the size of the museum, but if you're into history check it out!

The location of the museum is right by the water. A very good photo op make sure u go to the fountain. The museum was small but it gave a nice telling of the history and had some hands on stuff. 10$

Learn the story of how the place where the three rivers meet played a pivotal role in the French & Indian war.

Unless you're also going to the Heinz center, skip this museum--the Fort Pitt building itself is open to the public for free.
