I cramped my butt once while jogging. This got nothing to do with this place. All I'm saying is, stretching is important. One of my feet cramped because of the cold water. I nearly drowned. Stay safe.

Nature tourism at its best! Even though they lack several amenities like comfort and shower rooms, still I recommend it to the people who wants a close encounter with the beauty of mother nature! 👍:)
